With direction from our LIVE EM Instructor, this class allows students to practice deep frying techniques as well as explore more plant-based meals by making Vegetable Egg Rolls

1) Egg Roll Wrappers 2) Cole Slaw Mix 3) Ginger Powder 4) Garlic Powder

5) Vegetable Oil 6) Rice Vinegar 7) Sesame Oil 8) Green Onion

9) Soy Sauce and 10) Iron Skillet


Rubbing & Binding: Homemade Flaky Pastries


With direction from our LIVE EM Instructor, this class introduces students to applying Rubbing and Binding Techniques to flour when trying to create Homemade Flaky Pastries.

1) All Purpose Flour 2) Unsalted Butter 3) Distilled Water and 4) Salt


Sauteing & Julienne: Steak & Potato Skillet


With direction from our LIVE EM Instructor, this class covers Sauteing, Julienne Cutting, and Bias Cutting techniques by making a Steak & Potato Skillet.

Yeast Method: Mini Loaf Of Bread w/Dipping Oil


With direction from our LIVE EM Instructor, students will understand the basics of bread making, including both Quick Bread and Yeast Bread Methods by baking a Mini Loaf Of Bread.
