Sports Club: Basketball

C1-Dribbling: Up Or Down Game


60 Min: This class focuses on developing fundamental dribbling skills and other essential basketball techniques. Students will learn and practice the Triple Threat Stance, Stationary Dribbling, Up or Down Drills, Stationary Wall Passing, and more.


30 Min: Kickball Practice


C3-Dribbling: Stationary Crossover


60 Min: This class will focus on advancing ball handling skills and incorporating shooting fundamentals. Students will practice the Stationary Crossover, the Perfect Shot drill, and learn how to Pick Your Shot.


30 Min: Kickball Practice


C5-Footwork: Forward Pivot Basic


60 Min: In this class, students will first practice Stationary Dribbling drills, and then focus on learning Pivoting Fundamentals and Forward Pivot techniques.


30 Min: Kickball Practice


C7-Shooting: Lay-Up High Five


60 Min: This class covers the Defensive Stance and then focuses on Lay-Up Fundamentals by having students practice the Lay-Up High Five Drill, Lay-Up Skip, and Lay-Up 1-2 Step.


30 Min: Kickball Practice


C9-Shooting: 1-Step Form Shooting


60 Min: In this class, students will first review their Low, Middle, High Dribbling Skills and then practice Passing and Shooting Fundamentals by carrying out the Partner Pass Or Shoot Drill as well as 1-Step Form Shooting Drill.


30 Min: Kickball Practice


C11-Passing: Shoot, Rebound, Pass


60 Min: This class covers Rebounding Fundamentals and then focuses on Passing and Shooting Fundamentals by having students practice the Give & Go Drill, the Shoot, Rebound, Pass Drill, and the Block To Block Shooting Drill.


30 Min: Kickball Practice
