With direction from our LIVE EM Instructor, this class allows students to continue honing their Baking and Cutting skills by making Apple Pie Bites. Refrigerated Pie Crust

4) Muffin Pan 5) Cinnamon 6) Vanilla Extract 7) Unsalted Butter

Stocks & Sauces: Broccoli And Cheddar Soup


With direction from our LIVE EM Instructor, this class introduces students to the fundamentals of making a Roux Stock as well as sauces by making Broccoli and Cheddar Soup.
