Frying: Crispy Pan-Fried Fish


With direction from our LIVE EM Instructor, this class allows students to continue exploring different frying techniques by making Crispy Pan-Fried Fish.


Needed Ingredients:

1) All Purpose Flour 2) Thin Fish Fillets 3) Parsley 4) Paprika 5) Pepper

6) Lemon 7) Skillet 8) Salt and 9) Oil


Baking: Lemon Loaf Cake


With direction from our LIVE EM Instructor, this class teaches students the importance of following recipe measurements, ingredients, and directions accurately by baking a Lemon Loaf Cake.


Needed Ingredients:

1) All Purpose Flour 2) Lemon Extract 3) Lemon Juice 4) Lemon Zest

5) Baking Powder 6) Vegetable Oil 7) Greek Yogurt 8) Loaf Pan

9) Sugar 10) Eggs and 11) Salt


Stir-Fry: Korean Noodles With Beef


With direction from our LIVE EM Instructor and through the application of cooking Korean Noodles with Beef, students will discover that the Stir-Frying Method involves cooking food quickly in a wok or large pan over high heat, using a small amount of oil and stirring constantly.


Needed Ingredients:

1) Chinese Rice Vinegar 2) Egg Noodles 3) Fish Sauce 4) Boiling Pot

5) Gochujang 6) Honey 7) Ginger 8) Skillet/Wok 9) Beef and

10) Fresh Vegetables (e.g. Carrots, Mushrooms, Onions)


Quick Method: Soft Sesame Seed Breadsticks


With direction from our LIVE EM Instructor, students will understand the basics of bread making, including both Quick Bread and Yeast Bread Methods by baking a Mini Loaf Of Bread.
