  • How many monthly payments are there for the school year?

    There are a total of 24 Classes for the school year.  The total cost of those 24 Classes is divided into 9 Even-Monthly Payments or 2 Even-Semesterly Payments.

  • Is a parent the only one who can make a payment?

    Payments need to be mind by the student's parent/guardian, unless the parent/guardian gives another adult (e.g. grandparent) consent to make the payment.

  • What happens if I miss a payment?

    If a monthly payment is missed (e.g. fails to process), the student has a one-class grace period.  However, if the payment is not made before all covered classes passed, the  parent will be notified via email as well as phone, and the student will not be admitted into the enrichment club class.

  • Can I make a payment with cash?

    There are no cash payments for our Enrichment Clubs.

  • How often are payments made?

    Semester Payments are made twice a school year (i.e. one Fall Semester Payment and one Spring Semester Payment).  However, Monthly Payments automatically recur each month (See Payments Schedule).
