FAQ: Registering
Students with special needs or disabilities who attend school classes (i.e. without an Aid, Para, Specialist, or Teacher's Assistant) of ratios that range between 1:10 and 1:25 can be registered into an enrichment club.
**Note 1: Enrichment Masters is not a childcare program nor a program that is open to the general public,, and as such does not store or adminster medications or provide accommodations (e.g. Aids).
**Note 2: If it is determined by an Enrichment Masters Supervisor (not EM Instructor) that a student with special needs requires accommodations that Enrichment Masters does not offer, then the student will be discharged and a refund processed.
No. All registrations must be completed online (i.e. on the Enrichment Masters website)
There are currently no discounts available for registering siblings into an enrichment club. However, there are sibling discounts for camps (e.g. Summer Camp).
There are ONLY 20 spaces available for K-1st and ONLY 20 spaces available for 2nd-5th in an enrichment club (e.g. STEAM Club)
Most on-campus enrichment clubs (e.g. STEAM, Strive Sports) are only held once a week, and because of this, students can only participate in one Enrichment Club per semester. However, students can be registered for 1 on-campus enrichment club as well as up to 2 online enrichment clubs (e.g. Cooking Club, Online SEAT)
In cases where a large school has Enrichment Clubs take place twice a week, students. are enabled to participate in two separate Enrichment Clubs (one club per day).
Students can only be registered by the parent/guardian, unless consent has been give by the parent/guardian for another adult (e.g. grandparent) to register the student?
