FAQ: Refunds
Our Accounting Department cannot process a refund back to a card that has been lost/canceled. In cases such as this, a certified check will be processed and mailed to the customer.
Once the EM Credit/Refund Request Form has been submitted, the Accounting Department typically takes 24-48 hours to determine if the refund request aligns with our Refund Policies. Then, if granted, a refund takes 5-10 business days to return to the customer's card.
If a student is discharged from an Enrichment Club by Enrichment Masters, the parent receives a refund for unattended classes of a Payment Cycle that hasn't begun (e.g. If a student was discharged on 09/23/24, during the 2nd Payment Cycle, then the paid classes of the 3rd Payment Cycle will be refunded)
Refunds are not granted if a student misses an on-campus and/or online class for any reason other than an injury that prevents participation (e.g. sprain, broken bone) or doctor's note.
All refunds have to be submitted using the EM Refund Request Form. Refund Request must align with the parameters of our EM Refund Policies in order to be successfully processed by our Accounting Department.
