Damage-Destruction
In the even that an EM participant deliberately or accidentally damages or destroys any EM property (e.g. instruments, signage, equipment), his/her parent/guardian is financially responsible for repairing and/or replacing the damaged or destroyed EM property

Student Discharge
Students may be discharged from any EM Club for violating the EM Expectations and/or deliberately putting ones self in harms way and causing harm to ones self, any EM participant, or property

Switch Clubs
Conditions for requesting a club switch:
- Due to our project-based model, a student can only switch an enrichment club once per semester (i.e. after the student has participated in at least four classes and if there are at least 8 classes remaining in the semester)
- A club switch can be granted if there is availability in the desired enrichment club
- A period of 2 Business Days must expire before a club switch can be processed

Cancellations
Parents/Guardians will be notified via email/text (in advance), in the event that an EM Program session has to be cancelled. Subsequently, a “Makeup Day” for that cancelled program session will be scheduled and shared with parents and students.

COVID Policy
Enrichment Masters is obligated to adhere to the following COVID measures when program sessions are held in the areas listed below:
- On-Campus (e.g. School Classroom or Covered Area): Must Comply With The School’s COVID Policies
- Off-Campus (e.g. Public Park): Mask Optional

Refunds
Refunds policies:
- Students who are unable to attend an on-campus enrichment program (i.e. that is not also available as an online-enrichment program) due to severe injury (e.g. in cast, hospitalized) are eligible for a partial refund (that is determined by the Accounting Department) if a doctor's note is submitted
- "Full Semester" payments are only partially refundable if a student is withdrawn from the school where Enrichment Masters programs are being conducted
- Refunds are not issued if a student misses an on-campus and/or online class (e.g. student leaves school early, aftercare program doesn't release student); a makeup class might be offered for online classes, but are not guaranteed
- Refunds are not issued for classes that are covered and taking place within the current Payment Cycle
- Refunds are not issued if a student is Discharged from the program, due to violating EM Expectations outline within the Terms Of Agreement and/or EM Student Code of Conduct
- "Event Tickets" are not refundable
