Acknowledgement 1:

I acknowledge that the Registration Process is only complete once the complete payment (i.e. Non-Refundable One-Time Registration Fee, Non-Refundable One-Time Program Supplies Fee, and Discounted-Biweekly Summer Fee per Student) is made, and that the discounted weeks of the "Discounted-Biweekly Summer Fee" Payment not only apply to one student, but are also non-refundable after two weeks prior to the week that the student will be attending because it is securing a space for a program that has very limited capacity.

Acknowledgement 2:

I acknowledge that participants of the SEAT Summer Program must be picked up by an Authorized Adult by No Later Than 3pm and that failure to do so results in a late fee (after 5 minutes); access to the program site building ends at that time.

Acknowledgement 3:

I acknowledge that Enrichment Masters is not a childcare provider and as such does not provide, store, or administer medications for any participant of the SEAT Summer Program

Acknowledgement 4:

I acknowledge that Enrichment Masters does not provide snacks or lunches for participants of the SEAT Summer Program and any food or beverages consumed by participants are provided by (whether purchased or prepared) the participant's guardian

Acknowledgement 5:

I acknowledge that participants of the SEAT Summer Program will travel (e.g. by bus) off-campus to other locations (e.g. field trips, park visits) as a regular component of the program and as such, a completed and signed permission slip is a requirement of attending the SEAT Summer Program

Acknowledgement 6:

I acknowledge that Enrichment Masters does not provide medical staff/aides (e.g. nurses, mental health specialists) for student participants. As such, any participants of the SEAT Summer Program who require such accommodations are encouraged to be registered into a program that is equipped with the necessary support that enables the participant to have a successful and enjoyable experience
