  • Event Supervision

    1. FM Event Staff are not responsible for the supervision of students or groups of students
    2. FM Event Staff do not facilitate games or group rotations; they simply monitor as well as regulate the care and maintenance of the event's equipment/items
    3. FM Event Staff have the authority to exclude any student who deliberately or accidentally damages Fun Masters property
  • Event Policies

    1. A written notice of cancellation must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the Event Date
    2. Events will start and stop on time regardless of whether all students are present
    3. Fun Masters provides all equipment and supplies, however, the site must have multiple working and accessible power sources
  • Event Setup

    1. Please remove all tables, chairs, desks, trash, and other objects from the event space area
    2. The event space area needs to be cleared at least 2 hours before the event's start time

    **Note: Obstructions in the Event Space area have the potential to significantly prevent FM Event Staff from setting up the event on time.

  • Event Staff

    FM Event Staff undergo training as well as background screening

    FM Event Staff will arrive one hour before the Event Start Time to setup

    FM Event Staff will remain no more than one hour after the Event concludes
