Enrichment Masters makes all efforts to give our schools all of the enrichment programs and program day that were selected in the Reservation Form. However, we serve multiple schools throughout the tri-county area, and as such, operational and logistical factors (e.g. program availability) may require minor changes to be made to your school's original selections.

Acknowledgement 1:

I acknowledge that the Fall Start Date is 09/12/22 and the Spring Start Date is 01/23/23 for Enrichment Programs

Acknowledgement 2:

I acknowledge that the Program Day is Monday; the Session 1 Time is 2:00pm to 3:00pm; and the Session 2 Time is 3:00pm to 4:00pm

Acknowledgement 3:

I acknowledge that EM Site Liaisons and Instructors will have successfully completed multiple background checks and fingerprint screenings from VFBG-approved background check vendors as well as BCPS district-approved background check vendors (i.e. Fieldprint). All EM Staff will wear Vendor ID Badges while on school property

Acknowledgement 4:

I acknowledge that school/site is responsible for giving EM Staff (e.g. EM Instructors, EM Site Liaison) access to session areas (e.g. rooms) at least 30 minutes prior to and 30 minutes after the EM Program session (for setup and breakdown)

Acknowledgement 5:

I acknowledge that school/site staff and/or administration (e.g. teachers, principal) are to coordinate as well as communicate all concerns, requests, or need-to-knows with the EM Site Liaison (or VFBG Headquarters if preferred)

Acknowledgement 6:

I acknowledge that EM determines not only the curriculum and pacing of all its EM Programs, but also determines the scope and scale of all final projects/productions of each EM Program

Acknowledgement 7:

I acknowledge that EM Instructors/Staff will facilitate at least one final project/production that is sponsored by the school/site (e.g. school holiday show)

Acknowledgement 8:

I acknowledge that all participants (i.e. students) are required to have their guardian register them online through the Enrichment Masters Registration Page

Acknowledgement 9:

I acknowledge that all EM participants (i.e. students) have the option to participate in EM-sponsored events (e.g. Drumline Competitions, Chess Competitions)

Acknowledgement 10:

I acknowledge that EM is responsible for bringing all program equipment and consumable supplies (excluding any uniforms or personal costumes)

Acknowledgement 11:

I acknowledge that all participants are required to adhere to EM Session Expectations (found on EM Session-Expectations (enrichmentmasters.com))

Acknowledgement 12:

I acknowledge that participants (i.e. students) are under the direct supervision of EM Staff when EM Programs are facilitated during after-school hours.

Acknowledgement 13:

I acknowledge that school/site is responsible for providing safe and adequate space (e.g. rooms, outdoor spaces) that will be leased for all EM Program sessions

Acknowledgement 14:

I acknowledge that EM is permitted to have flyers distributed by the school (e.g. 1st-Day Packets) to students as well as post an EM banner and EM flyers at the school/site (e.g. in front office, on fence)
