DAILY CAMP DETAILS: JUNE 24TH - JUNE 28TH


**Note: Parents are recommended to park in the Northeast Parking Lot just off of Sample Road and east of University (look for the gated Basketball Court).  Once parked, parents can enter the lobby from the double gates near the gymnasium.  The sign-in/sign-out table will be visible in the lobby; parents aren’t permitted beyond the lobby area.


MONDAY DETAILS-NEEDS:

  • Digital devices (e.g. cellphone) brought by students can only be used during Sign-In, Lunch, Rec. Time, and Sign-out
  • Digital devices that are used inappropriately (e.g. during activities) will be confiscated and then returned at Dismissal
  • ALL parents MUST come to the EM Desk in North Lobby (near Court) in order to SIGN-IN/SIGN-OUT their child(ren)
  • Parents are asked not to pack their child(ren) bagged lunches or snacks that contain peanut products (Optional)
  • ALL parents MUST present their ID when they come to the camp to SIGN-OUT their child(ren)
  • Pick Up Starts at 3:30pm and Camp ENDS at 4PM; students MUST be picked up on time
  • Reminder: Medications are NOT stored nor administered by EM Staff
  • No microwaves are available for bagged lunches


TUESDAY DETAILS-NEEDS:

WEDNESDAY DETAILS-NEEDS:

  • Reminder: ALL parents MUST come to the EM Desk in North Lobby (near Court) in order to SIGN-IN/SIGN-OUT their child(ren)
  • Reminder: Parents are asked not to pack their child(ren) bagged lunches or snacks that contain peanut products (Optional)
  • Students are encouraged to wear “Garfield The Cart” colors for Garfield Day; there's a prize for best Garfield outfit 


THURSDAY DETAILS-NEEDS:

  • Reminder: ALL parents MUST come to the EM Desk in North Lobby (near Court) in order to SIGN-IN/SIGN-OUT their child(ren)
  • Reminder: Parents are asked not to pack their child(ren) bagged lunches or snacks that contain peanut products (Optional)
  • In honor of "National Bingo Day", students will have an opportunity to compete for prizes in our "Bingo Tournament"
  • Students attending the field trip on Friday, June 28th will receive a Camp T-Shirt (if they don't already have one)


FRIDAY DETAILS-NEEDS:

  • Students will participate in various activities as well as eat lunch at the school, and then ALL students will depart at 12:30am to Bowling Alley ($10 - $20 Spending Money is Optional).
  • Parents are NOT permitted to travel NOR be with an EM Camp group, however, parents can be present at the field trip facility (if they desire).
  • Reminder: ALL parents MUST come to the EM Desk in North Lobby (near Court) in order to SIGN-IN/SIGN-OUT their child(ren)
  • Reminder: Parents are asked not to pack their child(ren) bagged lunches or snacks that contain peanut products (Optional)
  • No EM Staff or students will remain at the school because all EM Staff are needed to maintain small-ratioed groups.
  • Pick up will take place between 3:30pm and 4:00pm from Coral Springs Charter School
