Spring Camp Daily Details

MARCH 25TH - MARCH 29TH


MONDAY DETAILS-NEEDS
: 03/25/24

  • Sunday, March 24th is the DEADLINE to pay the discounted-Urban Air Field Trip Entry Fee of $25/Student (Click Here) 
  • ALL students MUST have a completed Waiver for the Coral Springs Urban Air Field Trip On Friday, 03/29 (Click Here)
  • ALL students attending the Urban Air Field Trip On Friday, MUST have a completed Permission Slip (Click Here)
  • Digital devices (e.g. cellphone) brought by students can only be used during Sign-In, Lunch, Rec. Time, and Sign-out
  • Digital devices that are used inappropriately (e.g. during activities) will be confiscated and then returned at Dismissal
  • ALL parents MUST come to the EM Desk in front of the Cafeteria in order to SIGN-IN and SIGN-OUT their child(ren)
  • Parents are asked not to pack their child(ren) bagged lunches or snacks that contain peanut products (Optional)
  • ALL parents MUST present their ID when they come to the camp to SIGN-OUT their child(ren)
  • Students will need a Plain White T-Shirt and Back-up Clothes for the “Paint-You’re It” activity
  • Pick Up Starts at 3:30pm and Camp ENDS at 4PM; students MUST be picked up on time
  • Students attending the field trip on Friday, March 29th will receive a Camp T-Shirt(s)
  • Reminder: Medications are NOT stored nor administered by EM Staff
  • Students may need a labeled-Towel for the “Water Tag” activity
  • No microwaves are available for bagged lunches


TUESDAY DETAILS-NEEDS
: 03/26/24

WEDNESDAY DETAILS-NEEDS
: 03/27/24

  • Reminder: ALL parents MUST come to the EM Desk in front of the Cafeteria in order to SIGN-IN and SIGN-OUT their child(ren)
  • If participating in the Best Costume Contest, students will need to bring (not have on) their costume with them
  • There is a $25-First Place, $15-Second Place, and $10-Third Place Prize


THURSDAY DETAILS-NEEDS: 03/28/24

  • Reminder: ALL parents MUST come to the EM Desk in front of the Cafeteria in order to SIGN-IN/SIGN-OUT their child(ren)
  • Students can purchase novelty ice cream (e.g. Snow Cones, Sponge Bob) from The Ice Cream Station ($3-$5 is needed)
  • K-1st Graders will need a labeled-Towel and Back-up Clothes for the “Soapy Tug Of War” activity


FRIDAY DETAILS-NEEDS
: 03/29/24

  • Parents will be drop off their child(ren) at North Community Park instead of Coral Park ES, because the campus will be closed 
  • Students will participate in various activities at the park as well as eat lunch there, and then ALL students will depart on the bus at 11:30am to Urban Air Adventure Park ($10 - $20 Spending Money is Optional).
  • Reminder: ALL students MUST have 1) a Paid the Urban Air Entry Fee; 2) a Completed the Urban Air Waiver; 3) a Submitted a Completed Field Trip Permission Slip; and 4) their EM Camp T-Shirt on
  • Parents are NOT permitted to ride on the bus NOR be with an EM Camp group, however, parents can be present at the Urban Air facility (if they desire).
  • No EM Staff or students will remain at the park because all EM Staff are needed for small-ratioed supervision at Urban Air
  • Pick up will take place between 3:30pm and 4:00pm from Urban Air Adventure Park (Coral Springs Location)
