EM Instructors

Our EM Instructors bring skill, experience, and passion to the table.  Each instructor is fully vetted, screened, fingerprinted, and background checked before their training even begins.  Upon a successful outcome, EM Instructors receive professional development sessions that cover a wide range of essential skills (e.g. group management, pace, student supervision) that every EM Instructor must have before working with the students.  More importantly, the greatest attribute that all EM Instructors possess, is a love for their craft and compassion for students.  These fundamental qualities are what make EM Instructors so effective at instructing students and puts them "a cut above the rest".
